Relationships
Some of the things I can help you with

-
Resolving conflict - I will contrast how different words mean different things to people and provide you with actual words that match your partners communication style.
-
Effectively communicating feelings - Most people don't have the words to express how they really feel or what they need to feel supported.
-
Breaking destructive patterns - Couples often have long-standing patterns that are no longer serving them. I will help you identify these patterns and replace the with better ones.
-
Aligning goals, values, and lifestyles - Most people align activities but a true partnership also includes agreeing on other aspects such as how to spend money, how to socialize, etc.
-
Understanding different attachment styles, love languages, and erotic blueprints - I will give you the roadmap to understanding yourself and your partner better.

Building A Community
Aristotle divided friendships into 3 categories - Relationships of utility, relationships of pleasure, and relationships of virtue. For most people, their friendships are primarily built on utility (e.g., colleagues) and pleasure (e.g., college friends). If you often feel a loneliness and shallowness from your friendships and want to find you "tribe", people who get who you are here's how I can help:

-
Identifying what you value in friendships - how do you feel seen and loved? What is more important (quality time vs intellectual conversations vs fun activities)?
-
Identifying how to find your tribe - I will help you list places and ways to meet like-minded people based on your current or desired lifestyle.
-
Learning icebreakers and openers - Starting a conversation as a friend can be very different from starting one with a love interest. I will coach you on how to do it.
-
Becoming a connecter - You don't have to join a community, you can create one (even if you are an introvert)! Learn how to be the center of the relationships and to spark new communities.

How Does It Work and How Much Does It Cost?
If you are interested in any kind of coaching, here are the steps:

-
Book a 30 min discovery call ($50) - This call allows us to meet each other virtually and make sure that we are a good fit. If I don't feel like I can support your goals, I will let you know or refer you to someone else who can. Click on the button below to book this call.
-
Book a single session ($100) or a 4-pack ($90/session) - If we both feel that this would be a productive (and fun!) relationship, you can book a single session or four sessions at a 10% discount. Each session is one hour long. As a new client, the maximum number of sessions you can book in advance is four. After that, there will be a reassessment point and you can decide to book more if we both think it's still a good partnership. Payment is due when you book each session and there is a 48-hour cancellation policy for the chosen date. You can re-schedule once for free.
